Course Withdrawal Reminder_Deadline May 11, 2026

The application period for course withdrawal for Spring Semester is now entering its final three weeks. The deadline for course withdrawal applications is Monday, May 11, 17:00. 
[IMPORTANT] Please file your application to the Office of Academic Affairs at Cardinal Yu Pin Administration Building (YP203); late applications will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the signing and approval of documents are completed before May 8-9 (Friday, Saturday). 

To ensure fairness in course registration for all students, late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

●Online Application Process for Course Withdrawal●
Log in to "Student Portal" →"System Menu" →"Course & Academics" →"Courses Registration Results" →Click "Apply for Withdrawal" →Save and Submit.
 
→Print the application form (incl. barcode) →Obtain signatures and approval from the course instructor and the head of the department/institute →Bring the application form to the Curriculum Division Counter under the Office of Academic Affairs(YP203) →Check the withdrawal status online by yourself.
