Course withdrawal applications will be accepted from October 1. The application deadline is Monday, November 30, 5:00 PM. Applications must be received by the Office of Academic Affairs by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.

To ensure fairness in course enrollment, please complete the application process within the designated period.

● Online Application Procedure ●

Log in to the Student Information Portal
→ Campus System Menu → Courses & Learning → Course Enrollment List
→ Select Apply for Course Withdrawal → Save and Submit

Then:

1. Print the barcode application form.
2. Obtain approval from the course instructor and department director.
3. Submit the approved form in person to the Curriculum Section (YP203).
4. Log in to the Student Information Portal to confirm the course withdrawal status
