I. Borrowing Procedure
Students who wish to borrow academic regalia should download the attached borrowing list from the Office of General Affairs website, clearly fill in their student ID number and name within the bold-lined section, pay the cleaning fee at the Cashier Section, and bring the list to the designated distribution location during the scheduled time to collect the regalia. (Continuing Education students should collect regalia at the same time and location.)
II. Second-Phase Distribution Schedule and Location
Dates: April 27 to May 15, 2026 (every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; due to Labor Day on May 1, distribution will be moved to Thursday, April 30)
Time: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Location: Room DG005, Basement, Cho-Chang Building(Coll.of Medicine/Academia Catholica)
III. Borrowing Period
The borrowing period for academic regalia is until July 31, 2026. Both first-phase and second-phase borrowers must return the regalia by this deadline.
Late returns are subject to a fine of NT$20 per working day, accumulated based on actual overdue days, up to a maximum of NT$200.
IV. Return of Academic Regalia
Please return the regalia within the designated return period during the University's official working days and hours. Return schedule and locations are as follows (subject to change by further announcement):
(1) On Graduation Day
June 6, 2026, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Return Location: Service Desk, 1st Floor Lobby, Cho-Chang Building
(Note: Borrowing, renewal, and refund services will not be available on that day.)
(2) After Graduation Ceremony

(No returns will be accepted during the University's collective leave period.)
V. Care of Academic Regalia
Please take proper care of the regalia. Do not stain or damage any part of the gown. If damage occurs that cannot be cleaned or repaired, compensation must be paid in accordance with Article 6 of the Fu Jen Catholic University Regulations Governing Academic Regalia Borrowing for Graduation Ceremonies.
VI. For Graduates Who Need to Collect Diplomas Before Returning Regalia
Late Return Supplement: If the regalia is returned overdue, the corresponding fine must be paid.
Note: No renewal applications or refund requests will be accepted on Graduation Day.
VII. Borrowing Doctoral Regalia for Faculty
Faculty members who wish to borrow doctoral regalia should first complete the borrowing roster and submit it to Room DG101, Cho-Chang Building. After approval by the relevant review unit, applicants will be notified to bring the list to the Cashier Section for payment.
VIII. Notice
Individuals included in the borrowing list are deemed to have read and understood this notice. Any objections should be raised before being included in the borrowing list.
