Common Issues in Recent Course Evaluations

1. Students filling out the questionnaire incorrectly (e.g., selecting the wrong instructor / submitting incomplete responses):
   If a student fills out the evaluation incorrectly or wishes to redo it, please ask them to bring their student ID to the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (LA106), Office of Academic Affairs. Staff will assist in deleting the record so it can be completed again.

2. Can evaluations be completed on a mobile phone or tablet?
   Yes. Evaluations can be completed online using a mobile phone or tablet. Both Android and iOS systems are supported.

3. Can instructors, teaching assistants, or administrative staff see the responses?
   All evaluation results are completely anonymous. Instructors and other related personnel will not be able to identify respondents, so students can answer with confidence.

4. Changes in course instructors during the evaluation period:
   If there are changes in course instructors after the evaluation has started (e.g., instructor leave or replacement), and the course needs to be exempted from evaluation, please contact me.
