Final Three Weeks for Course Withdrawal Applications – 113-2 Semester

The deadline for course withdrawal applications for the 113-2 semester is approaching – Friday, May 2 (applications must be received by the Office of Academic Affairs by this date; late submissions will not be accepted).

To ensure fairness and uphold the shared rules of course enrollment across the university, late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Online Course Withdrawal Process:

Log in to the Student Information Portal → click on Campus System Menu → go to Courses & Learning → Course List → click Apply for Withdrawal → save and submit

→ print the barcode application form → obtain signatures from the course instructor and your department head → bring the signed form to the Curriculum Division counter for processing → check the status online to confirm the withdrawal has been completed.
